Your Place In The Mountains

Set among the picturesque landscapes, crystal clear alpine lakes and tranquil forests, the Hotel du Lac is the ideal base for our diverse range of outdoor activities. The Alps are the perfect setting for any outdoor adventure, with some of the highest mountains in Europe. They are an ideal destination for anyone who loves serenity, culture, spectacular scenery and a sense of clarity.

The Alps tick every box for Serene Fitness Adventures, a place for all our outdoor adventure activities and a beautiful calm setting for the relaxed part of the itinerary. You’l be able to take a moment to just be present, to listen to the sound of silence, or the gentle noise of the wind softly passing through the trees. The location is so diverse we are certain everyone will be returning home with their expectations fulfilled.

The Adventure

The course will run for six nights. Your package will include luxury accommodation, transfers from Geneva airport, three meals a day, all physical training sessions, day trips, hikes, runs, lift passes and all activities!

Flights to and from Geneva and travel insurance are not included in our package.

Our fitness adventure is set next to the stunning Lac de Montriond. A beautiful alpine lake with the most stunning views and a path wrapped around the whole perimeter, perfect for walks and runs. This track leads us to the steep mountainous paths and lifts. From here we can reach nearly 5000 feet! The views cannot be put into words, you’ll have to see them for yourself.

The lake itself is perfect for open water swimming and water sports. You will have access to paddle boards and canoes, and of course another serene spot to just sit and unwind after your day.

Insight

Tailored Just For You

Our physical training sessions will be varied, from walks and runs to boxing and resistance training, pilates and meditation. While on our course you are able to choose what sessions you would like to participate in, and choose when you would like time to yourself. 

Training sessions are not mandatory if you just want to come and enjoy brisk walks and relaxation, however HIIT sessions, strength training and challenging activities will be available daily to our guests who want to push themselves physically. Whatever path you choose you will gain knowledge and confidence and learn from our experience as personal trainers and competitive athletes. 

We will tailor our course for each client, and you will have personalised information delivered to you on the course based on your individual physical goals, preferences and answers from your personal induction pack. 

A Complete Health And Fitness Education

Physical:
Improve cardio vascular fitness and lose weight with HIIT sessions, walks and runs with Kate, learn new skills with boxing and pad work with Gavin. Increase your functional strength and learn correct lifting technique in our gym-based training sessions. 

Relaxing:
De-stress, unwind and improve metal health with meditation, breath work and stretching sessions lead by your mentors. Use your free time to explore your beautiful surroundings, or relax in the hotel’s lounge with a cuppa and a good book. 

Nutritional: 
Learn how to manage your diet and nutrition with our advice and guidance. No crash diets and unmanageable expectations. We will show you how it is possible to eat all the foods you enjoy, lose body fat and improve your health all at the same time. 

Community: 
Kate and Gavin will be on hand throughout the week to answer any questions, have informal chats or work with you on training programmes and goal setting. There to support you as an individual.  

Sustainable: 
At the end of the course, you would have learnt new skills and gained knowledge to continue to improve your health when you’re back at home. We’re creating a new community, and you will be a part of it. Our support will continue through our social media groups and online chats. We would love to welcome you back to any of our future courses throughout the UK and Europe.
